Released in the UK only on 12 November 1990, this is the interview John & Yoko gave to Andy Peebles for the BBC on 6 December 1980, 2 days before his death. Recorded late afternoon/early evening at the Hit Factory it was the last interview John gave to anyone from the British media. The release is a 2 CD set on BBC Records, catalogue number BBC CD 6002.
The pictures below are of my copy which is in excellent codition though the fat box case does have the usual storage marks. I picked this up quite cheap, probably because it doesn’t have the 6 page insert that was originally included, but it’s actually quite a hard release to get hold of. At the time of writing there’s just one for sale on eBay with a buy it now price of $90 (from Germany), whilst there’s three on Discogs for between £45 and £70
