Live At The BBC was the first album to appear on the Apple label in over 20 years and features 56 tracks from their BBC radio shows. I have 3 copies on vinyl, the original 1994 version, a second press of the 1994 version and the remastered version released in November 2013.
1994 Version, First Press
The pictures below are of my original version that was released in December 1994. I have only put a few pictures to show the difference between this and the second press which has a full array. The matrix numbers are PCSP 726 A-01-1-1 / PCSP 726 B-01-1-1 / PCSP 726 C 01-1-1 / PCSP 726 D-01-1-1 which are totally different from a second press. On the labels it states at the bottom See booklet for details whereas the second press says See sleeve for details. Also in the bottom right hand corner of the rear of the cover there is no Beatles”, “Apple” and the Apple logos are trademarks of Apple Corps Ltd
The cover, inners and records themselves are all in excellent condition
Estimated Value : £20 – £30
1994 Version, Second Press
The pictures below are of my original version that was released in December 1994 though this version was pressed later. The matrix numbers are 8317961 1A1 PCSP 726 SR2 / 8317961 1B1 SR2 / 8317961 1C1 SR2 / 8317961 1D1 SR2 which makes it a second press dating from the beginning of the 2000s. The fact that it has “Beatles”, “Apple” and the Apple logos are trademarks of Apple Corps Ltd” on the bottom left of the back of the cover and See sleeve for details on the label also marks it out as a second press – first presses didn’t have this.
The cover, inners and records themselves are all in excellent condition
Estimated Value : £20 – £30
2013 Remastered Version
The pictures below are of my remastered version released in November 2013. It is now a triple album pressed on heavyweight vinyl, housed in a lovely laminated three gatefold sleeve, but only includes 3 extra tracks – a repeat of From Us To You and a couple of speech tracks. The matrix numbers are Record 1 – Side 1: BD29250-01-A1; Side 2: BD29250-01-B1; Record 2 – Side 1: BD29250-02-C1; Side 2: BD29250-02-D1; Record 3 – Side 1: BD29250-03-E1; Side 2: BD29250-03-F1.
The sleeve, inners and records (unplayed) are as close to mint as you can get
Estimated Value : £20 – £30
