This is a European CD single released on 21 July 1992. It was initially released in Holland only with just 2 tracks, Instant Karma and Oh My Love, where copies were given away with the John Lennon Video Collection. It then received a European wide release (though not in the UK) where Mother and Bless You were added.

Dutch 2 Track Release
The pictures below are of my 2 track release which comes in a cardboard sleeve. Both the CD and the sleeve are made in Holland. The CD has quite a few handling marks but plays through perfectly. The sleeve is in excellent condition, just a few very minor marks though no splits or tears.

European 4 Track Release
The pictures below are of my European 4 track copy which was also made in Holland and comes in a jewell case. The CD and insert are in excellent condition whilst the case, as well as having the usual storage marks, has a couple of small cracks so would perhaps rate as very good.
