Released on 17 April 2010 as part of Record Store Day in the US this pack consists of 3 singles in replica sleeves, an adaptor hub (the singles don’t have centres), 3 postcards and a 24″x36″ poster. They are all housed in an individually numbered Kraftpak envelope with button & string closure. In total only 7000 copies were produced. The 3 singles included are :

The pictures below are of my copy which is in perfect condition, the records remain unplayed. My adaptor is black, I believe some are yellow. It is numbered 5331/7000.
