This is a remixed, remastered and expanded version of the 1977 album which was released on 9 September 2016 to coincide with the release of the Eight Days A Week-The Touring Years documentary film. In it’s first week of release it entered the UK charts at number 3 and became the 32nd Beatles album to enter the UK top 10. The film, incidentally, was the 3rd highest grossing film in the UK on it’s opening weekend. The title, Live At The Hollywood Bowl, is also slightly different to 1977’s The Beatles At The Hollywood Bowl!
Four new tracks have been added to this release, You Can’t Do That, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Everybody’s Trying To Be My Baby and Baby’s In Black, though Baby’s In Black has been released previously on the Real Love single release.
The pictures below are of my copy which, being brand new, is in perfect condition. As is the norm nowadays it is housed in a cardboard sleeve rather than a jewel case. I managed to secure the sticker that was on the outside of the shrinkwrap and have placed it on the inside left of the cover at the bottom (see pic).
